Villains

	Bester is the principle power behind the Psi-Corps. It is his vision and determination that guides this powerful and almost totally invisible organization. It is his unwavering goal to secure telepathic mankind a future, if possible without all thus annoying mundanes around. A highly intelligent and callous man, Babylon 5 becomes one of his prime contenders for complete control over telepaths. Not trusted any farther than he can be thrown, the command staff of Babylon 5 learn to if not respect, then at least be wary of him over the years.

	Mr. Morden is one of the returning survivors from the IPX exploratory ship Icarus, which was tasked to investigate the remote planet of origin of one the shadow artifacts found on Mars by EarthGov. After his return from the dead, Morden acts as go between and represantitive of the Shadows among the other races. He is the one to devlop the contact to the Centauri through Mollari, and he is the one to act as interstaller broker of chaos in the tumulteous time of the Shadow War. He finds his death at the hands of his ally, Mollari, during the last days of the Shadow War. During his stay on Babylon 5, he personified the means and ends of the Shadows, acting in utmost suavity and occasional touches of brutality.

	Clark served as vice-president to Luis Santiago before he advanced to the office of president after Santiagos assasination. Unlike his predecessor, Clark uses every iota of power at his disposal to transformthe earth Alliance into an autocratic regime. His efforts ultimately lead to civial war and the downfall of him and his powerbase.

	Emperor of the Centauri, Cartagia should more aptly have been commited to the sanitorium. Being patently schizoid, Cartagia was the ideal puppet emporer for the powers behind the throne, as long as they did not mind his intermittent callousnes and occasional atriocities he periodically commited on the Narn and even his own population. Given that said powers did not much care about the welfare of these people, Cartagia staid in power until his assasination at the hands of Vir Cotto, to be succeeded by the next shortlived and half crazed emperor.

	A powerhungry and ruthless Centauri, Lord Refa is aristocracy at its most malevolent. He is one of the chief instigators of the brutal enslavemant of Narns, and fittingly meets his death at the hands of an mob of enraged Narns deep beneath the surface of Narn. He is also responsible, though only indirectly, for the prolonged contiuation of the shadow war, when Morden has Lady Adira murdered blaming Refa, thereby destablizing Londo Mollari.
