The known Races

First Ones

The Walkers apear from time to time near the Planet Sigma 957. They seem to have cities below the surface of Sigma 957, just like the Shadows at Z'Ha'Dum.

It is not clear what kind of lifeform they are, the ship we have seen may even be a Walker itself. All we know is that they are very advanced, and are far superiour to us. Before Ivanova and Marcus managed to establish contact in 2260, all atempts to contact them have failed (as G'Kar tells Cathereine Sakai in 2258).

Their behaviour towards us is very arrogant, they seem not to recognise us as 'sentients' in their definition and therefore not worthy of contact. They can understand and talk our language, but theirs is too complicated for us to understand.
